It is 300 metres from the Stadhouderskade tram stop in a quiet residential part of the famous De Pijp district. All of the colourful rooms at Hotel Max come with private bathroom facilities with a shower. Some of the rooms look out over the small courtyard garden. Oosteinde tram stop is at 300 metres, and links to the Rijksmuseum and lively Leidse Square. Dam Square and Amsterdam Central Station are a short ride on tram 16, 4 and 25. Koninklijk Theater Carre is just 500 metres from the property and from the Weesperplein stop at 300 metres has a direct tube-connection to the Amsterdam Arena. From this same stop there is a direct connection to the Heineken Music Hall which takes 19 minutes.

Guests are required to present the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. The cardholder must also be present at check-in for pre-paid reservations. If not, the guest will be asked to pay for the full amount of the reservation and the original amount will be refunded to the card used to make the reservation.
