No reservation is possible and charges are applicable; - The property pre-authorizes the amount of the first night 3 days before the check in. The pre-authorization is then cancelled on the check-out day. Please note that there are construction works next to the hotel (not related with Hotel Alif Avenidas). Some noise may be heard during work hours on weekdays. The construction works are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
