In the 14 Gault Millau points awarded Saltz Restaurant and in The Bar, guests can enjoy modern international cuisine and a wide selection of fine wines and drinks. Innovative gourmet dishes are served in The Restaurant, which has been awarded 18 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars. Guests can also take advantage of a free shuttle service to the city centre. A limousine service is available upon request.

Please note that the restaurant is closed for the following dates: - from 19 February to 6 March 2017 - from 23 July to 14 August 2017 Please note that due to annual maintenance work, some areas of the spa will be closed from 06 to 16 March 2017. Treatments will still be available during that time.
