Just a 7-minute walk from JR Kyoto Train Station, Ryokan Kyoka offers simple Japanese-style rooms with air conditioning and a green-tea maker. A free-use internet terminal and coin-operated laundry machines are on site. Rooms at Kyoka Ryokan have tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon beds. Guests can enjoy pay TV programmes. Some rooms have a private bathroom, and all rooms have shared toilets. Shosei-en Garden and Higashi-Hongan-ji Temple are a 5-minute walk away.
