The free shuttle bus departs from the Sakurabashi-guchi side of JR Osaka Station approximately every 15 minutes from 08:00 - 22:00. Use of the hotel's fitness centre (including the swimming pool, fitness room, hot tub, running track and sauna) requires payment of an extra fee. Fitness centre opening hours: 07:00-22:00 (no entry after 21:00). Guests must be 16 or older to enter the fitness centre. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to use the hotel’s pools or other facilities where the tattoo might be visible to other guests. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
