Guests can use the hot-spring bath at affiliated hotel Keyaki-no-Ki next door. The bath is open from December until March. Breakfast is served at Restaurant Keyaki, located next door.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Train Station or Hakuba-Goryu Bus Station, please make a reservation at time of booking. Hot-spring bath opening hours: 16:00-22:00. Baths are open from December-March yearly. You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel.
