This small country hotel is situated in Stühlingen-Schwaningen in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, and is the starting point for the Schluchtensteig Hiking Trail. Wild boar and fresh venison is served at the restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide. The hotel also produces its own traditional Schwarzwälderkirschwasser (Black Forest cherry liqueur).
