The resort offers a restaurant and 24-hour front desk. Shari-la Island Resort is located a 15-minute speedboat ride from Light Tower, where snorkelling can be done. Kota Bahru Airport is an hour’s drive away. Rooms are located in a wooden house offering garden views. A satellite TV, telephone and refrigerator are provided. En suite bathrooms include free toiletries and hot water supply. A souvenir and gift shop is available in the resort. Luggage storage is provided at the front desk. Airport shuttle service is offered at a charge upon request. Guests can enjoy a selection of Western and local cuisine in Shari-la restaurant

Please note that check-in is to be done at the resort's Kuala Besut office at the following address: No.2, Tingkat Bawah, Kedai Dua Tingkat, MDB, Station Bus Kuala Besut, 22300 Besut Terengganu. === Speedboat transfers (2-way) cost MYR 70 and has to be arranged prior to arrival and paid for at the hotel upon arrival. At the jetty, guests must also pay MYR 5 per person for a compulsory Marine Park Conservation Fee. The speedboat departs from Kuala Besut Jetty to Shari-la Island Resort from 09:00 - 16:00. The speedboat departs from Shari-la Island Resort to Kuala Besut Jetty from 08:00 - 12:00. Please allocate sufficient travel time during monsoon seasons, as boat services may be disrupted due to the weather conditions. Please note that it is at the discretion of the boat company to change the schedule to ensure the safety of passengers and the crew. === Breakfast will be included in the room rate only during peak and super peak seasons. Breakfast is not provided during shoulder or low season. These seasons vary from year to year and can be confirmed with the hotel before a reservation is made. === Electricity is limited from 18:00 - 08:00 daily to reduce carbon emissions and energy cost during low season. Food services will not be affected. Internet and power to the rooms will not be available.
