In the winter, the hotel boasts ski-to-door access from the Monte San Vigilio slopes. The heated ski deposit is free, and guests can hire equipment and passes at reception. The resort is 7 km from Merano, and a 30-minute drive from Bolzano. There is a free car park at the funicular station.
