Located in a Victorian house in Windermere town centre is Brendan Chase. This 3-star bed and breakfast serves local bacon, award-winning sausages and unlimited tea, coffee and toast at breakfast. There is a secure yard in which guests can leave bikes and motorbikes. Located on a quiet residential street without parking restrictions, Brendan Chase is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Windermere's train and bus station. The banks of Lake Windermere are a 20-minute walk through the scenic lakeland. A traditional fireplace features in the bright, wooden-floored guest lounge. It has a TV, large, comfy sofas and chairs and stylish curtains and cushions. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. With floral bed linen, some rooms have en suite bathrooms while others have access to shared bathroom facilities. A TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a handbasin are provided in all rooms.

Please let the B&B know your expected arrival time. If guests wish to arrive before 14:00 they must confirm this by telephone. Guests may deposit their luggage before 14:00 by prior arrangement. If Guests are going to arrive outside of the specified check in time (21:00) please let us know by telephone as soon as possible. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. You can use the Special Requests box when booking. On-site parking is available but is very limited. Baby cots are available on request. For Health and Safety reasons and in common with other Guest Houses the following conditions apply: No smoking is permitted anywhere in the house. Guests are not allowed to bring cooked takeaway or similar foods into the house. Children are defined as those persons under the age of 13; the property reserve the right not to admit guests bringing undeclared babies, children or adults. If they are admitted an appropriate charge will be made. There is no access to the Breakfast Room other than specified breakfast times and no access to the kitchen. No pets are allowed at Brendan Chase.
