Houseboat Hotels offer a unique guest experience within fully equipped, static houseboats situated in Sheffield’s Victoria Quays. All fully heated boats are just a 5-minute walk from Sheffield city centre. Each cosy, individually decorated houseboat provides guests with full bathroom facilities with hot water, a well equipped kitchen for self-catering, a flat-screen TV, and hot air heating. At an additional cost, guests can enjoy full English or continental breakfasts, which are refrigerated prior to arrival for preparation at the guests’ leisure. There is also discounted entry to the Hilton Hotel’s Living Well Health Club available, which includes a gym, swimming pool, steam room, and hot tub. With a variety of activities on offer, Houseboat Hotels are a 10-minute walk from the famous Crucible Theatre, home of the World Snooker Championships. A 10-minute drive will bring guests to the Meadowhall Retail Park and the premier concert venue, Motorpoint Arena Sheffield.

The boats are unfortunately unsuitable for disabled guests who are either wheelchair users or have mobility problems. With a prior arranged parking permit, car parking is free if guests leave their vehicle in the car park for the duration of their stay. A token is left on each boat to use at the exit barrier. However, if guests choose to leave the car park and then return, a charge is made at the barrier for each subsequent exit. Parking is also available at the adjacent car park to the Quays at an additional charge. Please note there is parking directly in front of the boat for one car per boat. Please note that the total price of the reservation is taken on the day the reservation is made.
