Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, family-run guest house has free WiFi throughout the property and free parking. The property is opposite Military Fortress and Pavilion Tea Gardens and the town centre is a 10-minute walk away. The Bay Lodge Guest House offers 6 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower. Some rooms have views of the sea. A full English breakfast is served each morning, with lighter and vegetarian options also available. Breakfast is served from 08:30 - 09:30. There is a private car park at the rear of the building but parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to the rooms on the second floor, and there is no lift or disabled access. There are also no facilities for smokers.

Any arrivals later than 18:00 must be agreed with the Bay Lodge prior to arrival. Guests are asked to provide the lodge with an estimated time of arrival. Please note parking is limited on site and functions on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that rooms on the second floor have sloping ceilings, and therefore have restricted height in some areas. Any guests with food allergies or special dietary requirements are kindly asked to inform the property before arrival. Please inform Bay Lodge Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time.
