According to the AA, Brighton House puts ‘hospitality and comfort high on the agenda’, and its clean, fully en suite rooms are well located in the heart of Brighton. Start the day with the largely organic buffet-style breakfast before exploring the beach, The Brighton Centre, The Metropole, the Lanes and Preston Street for dining, all of which are all within walking distance of Brighton House.

Cancellation Rooms cancelled after midday three days prior to arrival will be charged in full unless the hotel is able to resell the accommodation. For rooms cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline (or where the hotel has successfully resold the room) deposits will be retained and may be redeemed against future bookings for a period of 6 months from date of cancellation. Access Guests have 24 hours access to their rooms but reception does close at 10pm. The hotel does not have a lift and accommodation on the 3rd or 4th floor may not be suitable for non-ambulatory persons. Children & Large Groups Unfortunately, The hotel is unable to cater for children under the age of 12. For the consideration of other guests The hotel does not accept large groups such as stag & hen parties.
