Residencia Universitaria Erasmo is part of the Autonomous University of Madrid, located 15 km outside the city centre. It offers a fitness centre and modern studio apartments with free Wi-Fi. Each studio at Residencia Universitaria Erasmo has a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a seating area and a private bathroom. Some also feature parquet floors and a flat-screen TV. The Residencia Universitaria Erasmo is well-connected to Madrid, with the RENFE Train Station located 5 minutes’ walk away. The train takes just 20 minutes to reach Puerta del Sol, Madrid’s main square. The Residencia offers accommodation to all members of the educational or university community.

Please note that the invoice for your stay can be provided only from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00. Outside these days and hours, Residencia Erasmo will send the invoice by email. Please note that this property is open to the university community throughout the year. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 07:30 to 10:30 from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30. Please note that there is no breakfast service from 24 December until 6 January. Please note, when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Towels are changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Apartments are cleaned daily, except the kitchen. Please note that the cleaning service is not available at weekends.
