You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests with no deposit/prepayment made who require after hours check-in will be charged an additional fee of $100. Please note the reception is open until 18:00 on weekdays and 15:00 on weekends/public holidays. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. No daily housekeeping service is provided. Please note that a 3% charge applies for payments made with an American Express credit card. Please note that Ozstays Apartments requires a $200 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. For one night bookings and self check in, credit cards will be pre-authorised automatically. Please inform Ozstays Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
