Located directly opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, Viscount offers luxurious self-catering apartments with private balconies and beautiful ocean views. The property features a swimming pool, a rooftop hot tub and barbecue facilities. All apartments come with laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator. Each apartment has flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Guests at Viscount Surfers Paradise can enjoy the sun on the terrace, or relax in the sauna. The tour desk can provide sightseeing advice and help guests with travel arrangements. Beachfront Viscount is a 20-minute walk from the shops, cafés and restaurants on Cavill Avenue. Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport and Dreamworld Theme Park are 30 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that renovations are taking place on the elevators from 23 January until 30 June 2017. There will be working elevators at all times however you may experience minor disturbances. Please note that all apartments are individually owned and interior décor varies in each apartment. Please note that guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check in. Reception hours are from 08:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:30 - 12.00 on Saturday. The reception is closed all day on Sundays and public holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to obtain after hours check-in information. Should guests require the hotel to split payments, there will be an additional 2.5% charge with every extra credit card used. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. A security deposit of AUD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
