Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. A security deposit of USD 250 will be charged to your card on arrival. Payment Information: The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 15th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.The Hotel will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If the Hotel is successful they will refund 50 percent of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period. Please note that the rate does not include 16% and 3% taxes which will be charged upon check in. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
