With an extensive and award-winning breakfast menu, the Avondale Guest House offers bright rooms just a 10-minute walk from the centre of York. Guests have use of free Wi-Fi throughout. Should guests want to visit the famous Stonegate and York Minster, these are a pretty 20-minute walk across the river and along the cobbled streets of the main shopping area. Rooms at the Avondale are individually decorated and all are en suite. Guests arrive to fresh flowers in their room, as well as a well-stocked hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries and a TV.
