Please note that registration fee for citizens of Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Armenia is RUB 150 and RUB 250 for guests from other foreign states. Please note that Russian citizens are required to present a valid national passport at check-in. Foreign guests must present an international passport with a visa and a migration card. A birth certificate should be presented for children under 14 years. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by parents or other adults upon provision of a notarised power of attorney from one of the parents. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge the full cost of stay within 48 hours of booking. Please note that a key deposit in the amount of RUB 200 must be paid on arrival.
