The family run Pension Prenzlberg offers quiet and comfortable rooms in the heart of Berlin’s trendy Prenzlauer Berg district. It is only 2.5 km to Alexanderplatz Square in the eastern half of the city. All rooms at Pension Prenzlberg are designed in functional style and have soundproofed windows. There is an en suite bathroom, and some rooms overlook the garden in the courtyard. The many tourist attractions of central Berlin such as the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie can be reached within a 30-minute journey on public transport. It is only 2 km to the large park, Volkspark Friedrichshain. Various bars and cafés are within a 5-minute walk of the guest house, and there are several restaurants offering a range of German and international cuisine. Pension Prenzlberg is a 10-minute walk from Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn Train Station and 4.5 km from Berlin Central Station. Public parking is available at the guest house for a small fee.
