The villa features a pizza oven, fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room, and wooden and tile floors. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and another one with a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, oven and BBQ facilities. A coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and toaster are also provided. Shops, a supermarket and restaurants can be found 2 km away in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume and it is set on the Provence Wine Route with the first wine cellar being 3 km away. Free private parking is provided on site, making the villa an ideal base from which to explore Provence by car.

Please note that a EUR 800 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the Villa during your stay. Please note that the 33% prepayment by cash, bank transfer or French cheque is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
