The Plein Ocean IV Pornic is a terraced studio house with an area of 24 m2. Located in the district of La Joselière, outside the resort, 1.7 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 100 m from the sea and offering a shared swimming pool. On the upper floor through a steep stair there is a gallery with 1 double bed, an alcove has 2 x 1 bunk beds. The living/dining room has a TV. The kitchenette includes 3 hotplates and a mini-oven. In the house there is electric heating, a patio, terrace furniture and barbecue facilities. Reserved parking space n 130. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed. For shared use: swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 15.06.-15.09), paddling pool, tennis, public parking on the road. A supermarket is located 1.7 km away, a restaurant is at 300 m, the railway station is just 1.7 km, a sandy beach / bathing bay is just 100 m away. Golf course (18 hole) 4.3 km.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Plein Océan 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
