The Emerald Island Resort by Legacy Kissimmee is 15 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World. This property features holiday homes with fully-equipped kitchens and some units have private pools. A flat-screen cable TV is included in every one of these Kissimmee holiday rentals and guests will also enjoy free Wi-Fi. A DVD player is also provided so guests can bring their own films to watch. Guests will have access to a fitness centre and a games room while staying at the Kissimmee Emerald Island Resort. A Tiki bar with beer and cocktails is also available on site. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Decor and bedding vary based on unit. A refundable $400 security deposit will be taken on arrival. This may take up to 21 days to be refunded at the time of departure pending a damage inspection.A gas bbq is available for a surcharge.
