Country house "Le Redounet" is situated 1.5 km from the centre of Plan de la Tour and 10 km from the sea and beach. For private use; 1a of grounds with lawn and trees and a swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 250 cm, 15.05.-30.08.). Motor access to the house is 40 m via unpaved road. There is a shop at 1.5 km, grocers at 1.5 km, shopping centre at 8 km, restaurant at 1.5 km and sandy beach at 10 km. Please note that a car essential and the swimming pool is fenced. The 6-room house (120 m2) has exit to the garden and terrace. There is terrace furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs (6). Furthermore there is a washingmachine and reserved parking (fenced, 4 cars).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 460 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
