This single family house has private grounds of 5000 m2 and is fenced by trees. There is an outdoor swimming pool, (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 240 cm), opened from 01.05 till 30.09. Private parking space is available on site. In the house you will find facilities like an open fireplace, TV, electric heating from 1 November to 30 April, a dishwasher and a washing machine. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. You can find restaurants and grocers 2.5 km away from the accommodation. Please note that a car is essential. The natural grounds and the unheated pool are in the shade.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
