Farmhouse "San Polo" was renovated in 2008 and is situated 60 km from the centre of Roma. The house is located in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 50 km from the lake, in the countryside. In the house you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, CD-player, DVD and a grill. The living room has exit to the garden and to the veranda. The patio is 30 m2 and has terrace furniture and a barbecue. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. For shared use there is grounds, a natural garden and an outdoor swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, opened from 15-05 to 08-09. For private use there is a barbecue house. In the complex you will find a sauna and there are bicycles available for an additional cost. Linen change is weekly. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Half-board is possible on request. Parking space is available in the grounds. Within 1 km you can find a shopping centre, riding stables, grocers and a bus stop. In 3 km there is a supermarket, tennis courts are in 1.5 km, the golf course in 15 km and the railway station of Stimigliano is 8.5 km away from the accommodation.
