Enjoying a peaceful hilltop position over Višnjan, the lavish Villas Barat offers luxurious accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool or a hot tub. The villas feature magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding vineyards. Istrian coast can be reached in a 15-minute drive. Surrounded by stone walls, each villa is a separate property comprising a large private garden with characteristic Mediterranean herbs. Barbecue facilities and traditional wooden furnishings are provided in the garden. Barat Villas are designed in the authentic Istrian rustic style. Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an open fireplace and a balcony. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. Barat is 1.5 km south of the town of Višnjan with its Observatory. A9 Motorway connecting the Slovenian border with Pula can be accessed in a 5-minute drive.

The guests are kindly asked to check-in at Sveti Anton Street 22 in the village of Sveti Lovreč. The village is approximately 15 km from Villas Barat. Please note that extra beds are available upon request and have to be confirmed by Villas Barat. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an extra charge and only upon previous request. Villas are cleaned every 7 days. Final cleaning fee is included in the rate.
