Please note, guests must bring their own towels to the property. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 250.00 for both the 3-bedroomed and 4-bedroomed houses is required upon checking-in for short stays, for weekly stays the refundable deposit is EUR 100.00. This must be cash. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms & conditions of the rental have been complied with. This money will be refunded by cheque by post within 7 days of your departure. Utility charges has to be paid to Dream Ireland prior to arrival. June/July & August the rate is EUR 6.00 per day, all other months are EUR 10 per day. Please inform Radharc na Mara Holiday Homes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Dream Ireland will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
