Chalet Gaia is just 150 metres from Chosalets Ski Slopes and 400 metres from Grands Montets Cable Car. It offers a sauna, a ski boot dryer and a terrace, which is complete with a hot tub and mountain views. The chalet is set over 3 levels and features 4 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. There is also a large living area with an LCD TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. Meals can be prepared using the oven, stove and microwave in the American-style kitchen. A washing machine, ironing facilities and clothes dryer are also provided for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire chalet and underground parking is also free of charge. Local shops are 1 km from the property and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Train Station is a 10-minute drive away.

A security deposit of EUR 3,000 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that a EUR 180 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
