This historic Black Forest hotel is located in the centre of scenic Glottertal, a 15-minute drive from Freiburg. Family-run, it offers a regional restaurant with terrace and rooms with balconies. Schwarzwaldgasthaus Goldener Engel’s 3 lounges are decorated in a traditional Black Forest style. Baden cuisine inspired by nearby Switzerland and the Alsace region are served here. Rooms are decorated in a Black Forest or a modern style. Each room has a cable TV and an en suite bathroom. Guests can hike and cycle in the idyllic Black Forest and surrounding Glottertal vineyards. The Europa-Park Theme Park in Rust is a 30-minute drive from the Schwarzwaldgasthaus. The hotel is just 10 km from the A5 Motorway, and free private parking is provided.
