The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes. Hotel service for guests of the Avenida Ski & Golf Resort is available in the nearby Auhof - Das Wirtshaus. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in all rates from 15 May to 15 October. Please note that check-in takes place at the following address: Avenida Mountain Resort by Alpin Rentals, Peter-Buchner-Straße 2, 5710 Kaprun. Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
