Apartments must be left clean; optional final cleaning is available at an additional cost of EUR 60 for Studio Apartment, EUR 80 for Two Rooms Apartment. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site at a cost of EUR 15 per person. Air conditioning and heating are available at extra costs of EUR 1 per hour and EUR 15 per day respectively. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of EUR 30 per stay. Utilities not included come at a cost of EUR 20 per person per week. All additional costs are to be paid on site.
