Landhaus Schwabgut is a traditional farmhouse, over 200 years old. It is quietly located on the outskirts of St. Margarethen in the Lungau region, directly on the Murtal Bicycle Trail. The Schwabgut is furnished in a traditional country style. All apartments have a dining corner, an anteroom, and separate bedrooms and living rooms. A washing machine, a children’s playground and free parking are available. The Schwabgut is near a golf course and a cross-country ski run. The Aineck-Katschberg Ski Area is only 1.5 km away. From May to October, the Lungau Card is included in the rate. It offers free use of local cable cars and free access to public swimming pools and museums.
