Como Gölü kıyısında yer alan bu Lenno manzaralı tesis, söğüt ağaçlarının gölgelediği bir göl terası ile hizmet vermektedir. Özel plaja sahip tesisin konaklama birimleri, ücretsiz Wi-Fi ve LCD TV ile donatılmıştır. Aile tarafından işletilen Nest on the Lake'in tüm odaları özel banyoludur. Dairede veranda ve tam donanımlı mini mutfak bulunmaktadır. Ek ücret karşılığında her gün kontinental kahvaltı sunulmaktadır; güzel havalarda kahvaltı servisi terasta yapılır. Gölün karşı tarafına hareket eden feribotların kalktığı Bellagio, tesise 7 km uzaklıktadır. Como şehri, manzaralı SS583 yolu üzerinden arabayla sadece 30 dakikalık mesafededir.
