The Flowtrail Teäre Line Cycling Trail is in the immediate vicinity of the property. Innsbruck Airport is 45 km away from the Gerhard Haus. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from mid-June to early October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. Guests furthermore receive a discount for the admission at the Aqua Dome Thermal Bath.
