La histórica posada Gasthof Steinerwirt está situada en la reserva natural Untersberg, a solo 4 km de Bad Reichenhall y el Museo al Aire Libre de Salzburgo, en Großgmain. El casco antiguo de Salzburgo y el aeropuerto de Salzburgo se encuentran a 15 minutos en coche o en autobús. El restaurante sirve cocina tradicional austríaca, elaborada con productos de la granja y la carnicería del Steinerwirt.
