Located just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Pornichet, Maeva les Océanes is a beachfront residence offering self-catering studios. The studios at Maeva les Océanes feature a balcony, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Each studio has a dishwasher and a dining area and some studios offer sea views. Guests can prepare homemade meals in the kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. After a meal, guests can visit Saint-Nazaire 20 minutes away or play a round of golf at Golf International Barriere la Baule 15 minutes away.

Reception opening times from the 08/05/2016 to the 13/11/2016 : Saturday from8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00. Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the damages deposit must be paid by cheque or credit card. Price includes: Accommodation, Bed linen, Charges and taxes (except tourism tax and application fee), Pack Escapade Maeva (for stays from 1 to 6 nights only) including the end of stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen area). Beds made upon arrival, mid-week housekeeping and a cleaning kit matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
