Next to the property there is possibility of buying agricultural products as olive oil and wine. The property comprises 2 houses of 4 and 10 apartments of which 2 can be rented by our clients. Solatio is a 1-room studio for 2 persons on the 1st floor. There is a living/sleeping room with double bed. Kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates and a micro wave. Reserved parking by the house. The apartment Solaio can be connected with apartment Prato. For shared use: park, garden, swimming pool (4 x 14 m, depth 150 cm, 06.04.-26.10.). Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: reception, breakfast room, internet access, sauna, whirlpool, air conditioning, laundry (extra). There is a possibility of setting up events in this Villa: especially for the weddings with full use of antique amfiteathre and "Capella" where you can celebrate bridal process.
