An annex building is located in front of the main one. The private beach, available at an extra charge, has sun loungers and parasols, a gym, kids club, playground, volleyball, bowls, and aerobic classes. The Eurogarden Residence is just a few steps from Viale Regina Elena and is near a public beach. At the residence you will find a bar/café, a garden with children's games, and a free car park.

The outdoor pool is only open during summer. Air conditioning is available only during summer. Please note that towels are changed every 3 days. Daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Pets come at an extra charge of EUR 20 per stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
