The Green Village is set in a quiet area between Simius Beach and the centre of Villasimius. The resort features a garden with palm trees and a large swimming pool. On site you will also find a playground and a barbecue area. All apartments come with a veranda, furnished with a table and chairs. The rate includes free outdoor parking and air conditioning. The friendly team of staff will be delighted to offer useful tourist information and arrange excursions around Sardinia. Guests can enjoy breakfast and have free access to the swimming pool at the partner property Palm Village, 50 metres away. Between May and September, an area of Simius Beach is especially reserved for the Green Village Resort.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested o inform the property in advance. Wi-Fi is available near the pool and at reception. There is an internet point in public areas. Guests booking one-week stays have 1 hour free. The private beach with sun-loungers, parasols and towels, is only available from 17 May to 8 October. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
