A deposit of at least EUR 35 is payable at check-in, to be returned at check-out subject to a damage inspection. Guests are responsible for final cleaning of kitchenettes. There will be an additional surcharge for kitchenettes not left clean. For stays of 7 nights or more, a security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival.
