Résidence Mer et Golf Fort Socoa offers free on-site parking and an outdoor swimming pool. It is located 400 metres from Socoa sandy beach and the shops in Urrugne, near Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The studios and apartments at the Mer et Golf offer a TV, and terrace with garden table and chairs. Each has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a kettle and a dishwasher. There is also WiFi access at a cost. A continental breakfast is served every morning upon reservation but can not be delivered in each accommodation. Additional facilities include an iron, vacuum cleaner, baby cot and high chair (all available from reception). Board games and secure garage for bikes are also available. Just 500 metres from the residence, guests can find a shuttle to Saint Jean de Luz, available from May to September. During July and August free sport activities including Fitness and various sports activities for adults are available just 200 metres away at Résidence Mer & Golf Soko-Eder. On site, the children's club (6-12 years) is available during the French school holidays in July-August, and charges are applicable.
