Located in the north-west of Rennes, a 20-minute bus ride from the centre, Appart’City Rennes Beauregard offers self-catering accommodation, modern facilities and good transport links. The studios and apartments include a flat-screen TV and wired internet access is available. They all have a lounge area and a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom. All accommodations are serviced by a lift. A buffet breakfast is available from Monday to Saturday upon reservation. Additional facilities include a laundrette, ironing facilities and a vacuum. The Appart-City Rennes Beauregard is served by the C4 bus route, providing access to the metro, the football stadium and the universities. Private on-site parking is available upon reservation and at an extra charge.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 5 fee applies. Rue Aurélie Nemours does not appear in GPS systems. This road is at the end of rue Gabriel Germain, at the angle of avenue André Mussat. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures. Guests requiring breakfast, an access code to use the Internet or access to the car park are kindly requested to contact the residence. Please note the hotel features an underground car park and an outdoor car park; both cost EUR 3.50 per car, per night. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 3 nights. Weekly cleaning is included for stays up to 27 nights. Bi-weekly cleaning is included for stays of more than 28 nights. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
