Appart'City Caen offers apartments and studios in the heart of Basse-Normandie. It is 12 km from the sea and the D-Day Landing Beaches from WWII. Decorated in a contemporary style, the apartments and studios at Appart'City feature a TV with satellite channels. Some have a separate seating area and all have a work desk with free internet access. A continental breakfast is served every morning in the residence’s breakfast room. Meals can also be prepared in the kitchenette, which features a dishwasher, hot-plates and a microwave. The residence can be accessed from the N814, a 4-minute drive away and public parking is free on site. The city’s tram stops outside Appart'City and goes directly to the centre in 10 minutes.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 5 fee applies. Reception opening hours from May to September: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours please contact the residence in advance to obtain access codes. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 3 nights. Weekly cleaning is included for stays up to 27 nights. Bi-weekly cleaning is included for stays of more than 28 nights. Please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet per night is applicable if you bring your pet. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
