Please note that the latest time to check in is 19:00. On a Sunday, if you plan on arriving after 12:00, please arrange this with the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. You may be charged if you fail to give the key back upon departure. Photo ID is required at check-in as well as a credit card with the name of one of the guests staying at the property. Please note that your credit card details for a security deposit will be requested upon arrival. These details may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that the residence is not serviced by a lift. For stays of less than 7 night, housekeeping is not included in the price. For stays of over 7 nights, housekeeping is done once a week. Extra housekeeping is available with an additional cost. City tax is only payable in cash. The mandatory EUR 20 cleaning fees are due at the end of the stay and must be paid by cash. Please note that it is not possible to park bikes or other 2 wheel vehicles in the property. Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. If the property does not receive this copy within 12 hours of requesting it, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
