A washing machine and a dishwasher are provided in each fully-equipped modern kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is also available in all apartments, as well as an air cooling system. The reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday, and 08:00 to 20:00 on Sundays. Check-in outside these hours is not possible unless by prior arrangement. The Luxury Three-Bedroom Apartment requires a security deposit of GBP 1,000 fully refundable on check-out providing the apartment has been returned in good condition. The payment for this apartment will be taken by bank transfer in advance. The property will contact guests arrange this payment. All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned. For bookings of 8 nights and longer a deposit of GBP 1,000 is required. This is fully refundable providing a cancellation is received 45 days prior to the day of arrival.
